Job Summary
A healthcare solutions provider is in need of a Remote Healthcare Benefits Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls from employees and their dependents
- Explain in detail all assigned client’s group health plan benefits
- Answer questions specific plan benefits administered by HDP, eligibility and network related questions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1 or more year applicable experience
- Skills & Experience: Call Center, Customer Service, and Health Benefits
- High School Diploma or GED
