Job Summary

A healthcare solutions provider is in need of a Remote Healthcare Benefits Customer Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone calls from employees and their dependents
  • Explain in detail all assigned client’s group health plan benefits
  • Answer questions specific plan benefits administered by HDP, eligibility and network related questions

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 1 or more year applicable experience
  • Skills & Experience: Call Center, Customer Service, and Health Benefits
  • High School Diploma or GED
