Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Provide customer service to customers by answering the most complex benefit questions
- Identify formal educational opportunities and needs
- Provide information and guidance to customers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years related work experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Customer Service experience
- Experience computer systems proficiency
- High school diploma or GED
