Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Manage daily operations of call center supporting various states and time zones
  • Maintain and improve call center operations by monitoring system performance
  • Manage customer service issues, self-pay collections, charity/financial assistance approvals

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in revenue cycle in a fast paced, high volume, managed care environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Healthcare reimbursement/collections, claim adjudication process,etc
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement process enhancements and efficiencies
  • Strong call center systems knowledge
  • Ability to demonstrate detailed knowledge of customer service systems and processes
  • Excellent inter-personal, verbal, and written communication skills
