Job Summary

A staffing and recruitment agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative in Deerfield Beach.

Must be able to:

• Scheduling in-home doctors appointments for members
• Place outbound calls to insurance members informing them of services offered within their health plan
• Record appointment information within the computer system

Required Skills:

• This role will start as Remote Work From Home until the COVID-19 issues are cleared up
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ Years' experience working within a high volume call center
• Intermediate computer skills
• Excellent telephone etiquette
