Job Summary

A staffing and recruiting agency is in need of a Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative in Philadelphia.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Handle benefit, eligibility, and claims inquiries via telephone, internet or written correspondence
  • Answer questions and resolve issues from members, providers, and plan sponsors
  • Coordinate work to appropriate staff/business areas as needed

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Health Care and Call Center Experience preferred
