Job Summary
A healthcare provider is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Clinical Experience Advisor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting 15-minute check-ins with new members to ensure a smooth onboarding into their membership
- Delivering high-quality remote support via zoom and messaging
- Working in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to document member touchpoints
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1+ years of experience in customer experience role
- Highly refined communication skills across video and messaging platforms
- A high level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Enthusiasm for wellness and functional medicine and a positive, go-getter attitude
