Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Healthcare Clinical Trainer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring staff receives effective training on systems used in the care management programs
- Maintaining education/training files through manual or electronic methods
- Designing training manuals, documentation, proficiency assessments
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Attend meetings and deliver presentations
- Associate degree required
- Minimum 5 years Managed Care clinical experience
- Minimum 3 years Health Care related staff education and training experience
- Verbalize knowledge of CMS, EQRO, NCQA and URAC requirements
