Job Summary
A healthcare coaching and training company has a current position open for a Remote Student Success Advisor in Boise.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering incoming student support inquiries with an exceptional phone and/or written manner exuding a calm confidence which provides students excellent care for their needs
- Managing the Support Desk on assigned days, ensuring that all tickets are responded to within 24 hours
- Anticipating user questions and be ready with timely and relevant responses
