Job Summary

A healthcare business and operations provider is in need of a Remote Healthcare Collections Specialist in Arlington.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Referring calls/accounts to appropriate parties
• Identifying problem accounts and escalating as appropriate
• Updating the patient account record to identify actions taken
