Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Collections Specialist in Orange Park.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining departmental policies and procedures, objectives, patient, and customer service policies
- Handling difficult patient and third party follow-up problems
- Monitoring pool inventories to ensure accounts are being worked and resolved timely
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Able to assist with training of new team members
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of related experience required
