A healthcare insurance provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Compliance Operations Senior Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and providing strategic oversight and guidance related to the compliance operations
- Building/enhancing infrastructure, process and deliverables
- Working with leadership and executives to resolve issues and build new processes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Willingness to travel
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in supervisory capacity
- Bachelor’s degree in health administration, business or related field
- Strong data analysis and presentation skills
- Project management experience
- Progressive staff management experience
