Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Concierge Assistant Supervisor in San Leandro.
Must be able to:
- Oversee the daily activities of a team of remote healthcare concierge representatives
- Assist with managing call flow, issue resolution, and technical problems
- Prepare reports and analyze data to improve processes
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel to main office when requested, up to once a quarter
- 1 to 2 years Senior Customer Service/Team Lead and/or management experience
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of healthcare experience
- 3+ years of prior success in a call center environment
- Ability to handle stressful situations with resilience
