Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Counsel.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Negotiating, drafting, and approving the legal terms
  • Coordinating with fellow Legal and Enterprise Compliance partners
  • Identifying key trends or gaps arising out of processes

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Juris Doctor
  • 7+ years of contracting experience in positions of increasing responsibility
  • Understands the importance of supporting business leaders to enable sustainable growth
  • Able to render actionable legal advice within a business setting
  • Highly collaborative individual with the ability to influence others and build strong professional relationships
  • Consistent sound judgment and incisive, three-dimensional analytical abilities
