A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Credit Resolution Representative in Frisco.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Performing refund and credit analysis, audit and reimbursement functions
• Responding to patient inquiries and Insurance phone calls
• Handling correspondence received from payors requesting refunds

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years in a Hospital Patient Financial Services department
• Ability to sit and work at a computer terminal for long periods of time
