Job Summary

A healthcare revenue management provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Customer Advisor in Cincinnati.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Talking with customers by phone or in person to obtain information needed to resolve inquiries
  • Encouraging payment from patient through credit card, check or payment arrangement
  • Assisting patient account inquiries by courteously supplying accurate and timely information

Required Skills:

  • Minimum one year related experience required, preferably in healthcare
