Job Summary

A non-profit health care company is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Customer Care Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer needs in a high volume call center environment
  • Take action, using appropriate discretion, to address customer needs, resolve issues
  • Request payment in full and process payments using the online system

Required Skills:

  • High School Graduate
  • 2 years of experience in medical billing, cash applications or insurance follow up
  • 6 months of call center experience
  • Knowledge of the health care, insurance terminology, and medical billing
  • Ability to work well independently and as a team
  • Excellent customer service and follow up skills
