Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Customer Care Representative I.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to internal and external customer questions via telephone and written correspondence
  • Analyzing problems and provides information/solutions
  • Researching and analyzing data to address operational challenges and customer service issues

Qualifications Include:

  • HS diploma or equivalent and previous experience in an automated customer service environment
  • Associates in this role are expected to have strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills
  • Must be able to receive and place follow-up telephone calls / e-mails to answer customer questions
  • Must be able to work any shift between 8am-8pm EST
