Job Summary

A digital healthcare company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Customer Experience Senior Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Drive deep engagement with the customer on clinical, financial and operational practices
  • Differentiate the company as a trusted partner within ambulatory cardiac monitoring
  • Optimize customer engagement and outcomes of partnership

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Able to travel about 50% of the time when restrictions are lifted
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Able to lead across teams with strong teamwork and collaboration
  • Able to quickly build trust with sales partners, cross-functional partners, and customers
  • Able to quickly analyze data to glean insights
