A digital healthcare company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Customer Experience Senior Manager.
Must be able to:
- Drive deep engagement with the customer on clinical, financial and operational practices
- Differentiate the company as a trusted partner within ambulatory cardiac monitoring
- Optimize customer engagement and outcomes of partnership
Qualifications for this position include:
- Able to travel about 50% of the time when restrictions are lifted
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Able to lead across teams with strong teamwork and collaboration
