Job Summary

A home health benefits management services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Expert.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Coordinating services and equipment to meet physician prescribed starts of care and/or discharge dates
  • Performing timely communication to the referral source, physician, and patient
  • Utilizing appropriate documentation to ensure URAC core and HUM standards are met

Qualifications Include:

  • High School Diploma or the equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year work experience in customer service
  • Proficiency and comfortable in a computer-based environment
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
