Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Manager in Austin.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing a customer service team comprised of FT and PT employees
- Monitoring Call Queue and make adjustments as needed
- Performing 2 test calls per agent per week
Qualifications for this position include:
- 7 years customer service experience
- 2 years experience working in a contact/call center
- 3 years experience supervising or managing a team of 15 or more
- Responsible for providing coaching and disciplinary action for team
- Fluent in English
- Expert computer/technical skills
