Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Manager in Austin.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing a customer service team comprised of FT and PT employees
  • Monitoring Call Queue and make adjustments as needed
  • Performing 2 test calls per agent per week

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 7 years customer service experience
  • 2 years experience working in a contact/call center
  • 3 years experience supervising or managing a team of 15 or more
  • Responsible for providing coaching and disciplinary action for team
  • Fluent in English
  • Expert computer/technical skills
