Job Summary

A home-agent contact center is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Consistently display professional and courteous service skills
  • Manage multiple tasks in accordance with directed timelines
  • Initiate automated or live outbound phone calls to Veterans

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • At least one year experience in a high volume customer service role
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products and the Internet
  • Experience in the healthcare industry
  • Knowledge of call center dialer systems
