Job Summary

A provider of healthcare technology services is seeking a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Receiving inbound health plan calls pertaining to benefits and enrollment
  • Quickly inputting data and navigating systems all while on calls

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Availability to attend 100% of training in the first 90 days of production
  • Recent call center, face to face customer service, or service industry work experience
  • Ability to achieve first call resolution and a 95% quality score
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Expert at MS Office
