Job Summary

A company providing a variety of business, compliance, and technology services has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound calls from current and potential members
  • Receive calls from providers with questions regarding member eligibility, coverages, benefit types, copays, and claims

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Recent call center, face to face customer service, or service industry work experience is a must
  • Active listener with the ability navigate through systems, answer questions, and document responses
  • Clear communication skills – verbal and written
  • Able to achieve first call resolution and a 95% quality score
  • Self-proclaimed MS Office experts
  • Availability to attend 100% of training and the first 90 days of production
