  • Handling incoming calls from members and providers
  • Maintaining department established performance metrics
  • Handling customer service inquiries via telephone, internet or written correspondence

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat Suite v5 for 1-3 Years
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook for 1-3 Years
  • High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience
