An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

  • Taking ownership of members’ issues, relieving members’ stress while guiding them to a quick and easy resolution
  • Actively identifying and solving any lurking complications the member may encounter
  • Relying on open communication to continuously improve how the work gets done

Position Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years customer service experience
  • Proficient computer skills (E.g., Microsoft Word, email management, Internet use, etc.)
  • Strong navigational skills with multiple systems and current knowledge of technology
