Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative Associate in Virginia.
Must be able to:
- Respond to customer telephone inquiries within a call center environment
- Identify underlying customer needs
- Update member information in system as needed

- 1 year of customer service experience
