Job Summary
A health insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative in Atlanta.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering 50-70 incoming phone calls per day from customers
- Asking appropriate questions and listening actively to identify specific questions or issues
- Contacting care providers on behalf of the customer
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma / GED or higher OR equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
- Demonstrated ability to listen skillfully
- Proficient conflict management skills to resolve issues in a stressful situation
- Must be able to report to the office occasionally, as needed, for training, updates and business need
