Job Summary
A business process outsourcing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative in Chattanooga.
Must be able to:
- Field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Typing 25 WPM
- 18 years of age or older
- Be proficient in PC operation and navigation
- 6 months customer service experience minimum
