Job Summary

A healthcare practice has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative in Colorado Spring.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering phones and assists facilities, payers and patients with inquiries
  • Setting-up payment plans when requested by patients
  • Contacting patients regarding their payment plan when required.

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • 1+ year of Customer Service/Call Center experience
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
  • Ability to excel in a very fast-pace team environment
  • Ability to continuously “exceed” company and customer expectation
