An information technology and professional staffing and services company has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative in Houston.

Must be able to:

  • Answer benefit and claims questions
  • Guide customers on the appeals process and initiating authorization for pharmacy/medical calls
  • Document and guide complaints, payment inquiries, and other common customer service questions

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 1+ years of customer service in healthcare industry
  • Must be proficient in MS Office
