Job Summary
An information technology and professional staffing and services company has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative in Houston.
Must be able to:
- Answer benefit and claims questions
- Guide customers on the appeals process and initiating authorization for pharmacy/medical calls
- Document and guide complaints, payment inquiries, and other common customer service questions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma
- 1+ years of customer service in healthcare industry
- Must be proficient in MS Office
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
