Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative in Nashville.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assisting incoming callers with requests
- Providing great customer service
- Ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to our patients' medical information
Position Requirements Include:
- Physical ability to lift and carry 25 lbs. of materials
- Minimum of 6 months prior inbound call center experience
- Strong technical/computer skills
- General working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Great communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task
