A marketing company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative in Radford.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Recording, investigating and identifying profiles to determine appropriate action steps
- Logging, tracking and appropriately documenting interactions through utilization of call center technology
- Demonstrating appropriate customer care behaviors (empathy, active listening, courtesy, politeness, helpfulness, etc.)
