A healthcare solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Customer Success Director.
Must be able to:
- Provide relationship development and growth
- Manage renewal rate with increase in contract dollars versus a write down
- Manage revenue/bookings goals
Position Requirements Include:
- 7 or more years applicable experience
- Skilled in Bookings, Client Relationship Management, and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Skilled in Renewals and Return on Investment (ROI)
