Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Customer Success Operations Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Implementing modern processes and enabling technology to create a data-driven and proactive Customer Success function
- Designing and effectively deploying a CSM and customer training programs encompassing live training, webinars, videos and more
- Developing repeatable business review framework, templates and methodology
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5-10+ years total work experience, with 3-5+ years of relevant Customer Success Ops or Sales Ops experience at a B2B SaaS company
- Familiarity with Customer Success automation tools
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects
- Professional writing and communication skills for both customer and executive audiences
