Job Summary

A service commerce platform is in need of a Remote Healthcare Customer Support Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Engage and build customer loyalty by providing fast, accurate and helpful insights
  • Document and manage customer interactions in our Salesforce CRM

Required Skills:

  • 1+ years experience in Healthcare field
  • Basic understanding of the healthcare industry (HIPAA, PHI, EDI, CMS, etc)
  • Passionate about delivering world-class customer experience in a friendly, patient and professional demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
