A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Customer Support Representative I in Beachwood.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Being responsible for handling all inbound calls, emails and chats
- Responding to all support tickets within defined response times
- Documenting all actions in tickets
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma Required or GED equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in the field or related area
