Job Summary
A healthcare data firm is seeking a Remote Healthcare Data Applications Scientist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Running ad hoc analyses of wastewater data to resolve customer questions
- Serving as subject matter expert on sales and customer support calls
- Helping develop written materials about wastewater-based epidemiology
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- MPH, an equivalent degree, or equivalent experience in a related field
- 2+ years experience in infectious disease epidemiology or substance use epidemiology
- Experience in environmental health or wastewater systems
- Experience writing and analyzing surveys
- Experience advising public health practitioners, government officials, community leaders, or business leaders on public health mitigation strategies
- Knowledge of data visualization techniques
