Job Summary

A healthcare technology company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Data Privacy and Compliance Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing management and execution of compliance programs
  • Serving as coordinating liaison for our HITRUST certification
  • Reviewing, developing, executing, and maintaining procedures for compliance

Required Skills:

  • Willingness and ability to travel in a post-COVID world (up to 25%)
  • 7+ years of experience in compliance related positions
  • Compliance management of a HIPAA regulated entity
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee HIPAA and HITRUST or SOC2/3 compliance
  • Experience with risk management methodologies and frameworks
