Job Summary
A non-profit health care company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Digital Instructional Designer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Organizing, prioritizing, coordinating and implementing multiple projects within established timelines
- Creating a high level of team member participation through various channels that drive learning and increased knowledge
- Structuring and organizing content in a way that is easy to process and engage the learner using diverse methodologies
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Education or other related field
- Experience using the full Articulate 360 suite for digital learning creation and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of best practice adult learning and development theory, methods, research and strategies applied in large organizations
- Skills in influencing and developing others who are not direct reports in order to move toward common goals and outcomes
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills to interact with executives, management, physicians, and team members at all levels
- Abililty to work effectively in a diverse work group and with a wide range of audiences
