Job Summary

A healthcare and retail pharmacy company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set Outreach Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert in Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) improvement work
  • Interact with providers and/or members to improve healthcare outcomes such as increased preventive care compliance
  • Deliver Quality information to internal and external constituents via written and verbal communication

Position Requirements Include:

  • There may be approximately 5-15% of travel within the state of Louisiana required
  • 3+ years of experience in a health care setting
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Suite Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
