Job Summary
A health insurance company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Industry Broker and Consultant Relations Vice President.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and executing on firm specific education and engagement plans
- Developing deep understanding of assigned firm(s) unique strategies
- Identifying potential strategic alliances and distribution partnership opportunities
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel up to 40%
- 10+ years of experience in health and productivity/benefits consulting industry and/or vendor
- A "known" voice in the health management industry with an established base
- Experience developing complex health and productivity solutions for employers
- Strong communication skills and ability to build credibility
- Proven ability to operate and navigate in a highly complex, fast-paced and evolving matrix environment
- Deep understanding of organizational dynamics inside broker and consulting firms
