A pharmaceutical company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Industry Life Science Graduate in Overland Park.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Responding to consumer, healthcare professional and other external customer requests for medical and safety information
• Conducting daily case processing of non serious adverse events
• Perform data entry of adverse event cases related to COVID-19 vaccines

Required Skills:

• Degree in a Life Science Discipline
• Highly proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Database skills to enter and retrieve information from multiple databases
• Exceptional customer service skills
