Job Summary

A healthcare technology products and solutions is in need of a Remote Healthcare IT Support Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting day-to-day operations of EDI
  • Working directly with customers on support issues and service requests
  • Coordinating with team members to ensure timely resolution of incidents

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years EDI experience
  • 2 years of full-time experience analyzing health care related data in a health-care environment
  • Minimum of 5 years in an IT Support/Analyst role
  • Critical, out-of-the-box thinking and sharp troubleshooting skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with project co-ordination
