Job Summary
A healthcare technology products and solutions is in need of a Remote Healthcare IT Support Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting day-to-day operations of EDI
- Working directly with customers on support issues and service requests
- Coordinating with team members to ensure timely resolution of incidents
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years EDI experience
- 2 years of full-time experience analyzing health care related data in a health-care environment
- Minimum of 5 years in an IT Support/Analyst role
- Critical, out-of-the-box thinking and sharp troubleshooting skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with project co-ordination
