Job Summary

A full-service healthcare company is in need of a Remote Healthcare Manager in the Raleigh Area.

Must be able to:

• Manage 60-80 active cases
• Interact with member, physician(s) and family
• Maximize the health of members

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 2+ years of experience in a clinical acute care position
• 1+ year of experience in case management experience
• Must be comfortable talking on the phone
• Must be comfortable working with multiple demographics
