A biopharmaceutical company has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Patient Care Coordinator in Somerset.

Must be able to:

• Offer exceptional customer service to all callers
• Make both inbound and outbound calls to patients regarding their medication orders
• Field questions to appropriate parties such as pharmacists and nurses

Required Skills:

• High School diploma (or equivalent)
• 1 plus years relevant work experience;
• Proficient at data entry and multi-tasking
• Compassionate and empathetic to the infertility disease state
• Data entry experience and solid computer skills required
• Detailed oriented with excellent organization skills
