Job Summary
A healthcare provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Patient Engagement Advisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Explaining medical benefits thoroughly to patients during the enrollment process
- Answering patient questions such as billing or rescheduling
- Performing daily outreach to prospective patients to enroll
Position Requirements Include:
- Understanding of electronic medical records software, Salesforce or Zendesk
- Ability to explain medical benefits thoroughly to patients during the enrollment process
- Ability to answer patient questions such as billing or rescheduling
- Ability to participate in post-enrollment follow-up activities
- Ability to perform daily outreach to prospective patients to enroll them
- Highly self-motivated
