Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Practice Scheduler.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure patients are scheduled according to licensure and credentialing guidelines
- Monitoring schedule daily and adjusting as needed
- Supporting initial patient onboarding process
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Associates degree or a healthcare-related certification
- 3+ years of medical office experience
- 2+ year of scheduling experience
- Experience with PowerPoint/Excel / Google Slides/Sheets
- Ability to be an expert on scheduling concepts related to clinician schedule, patient scheduling and pre-planning
- Ability to support initial patient onboarding process
