Job Summary

A health services company has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Provider Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering incoming phone calls from health care providers
  • Focusing on resolving issues on the first call, navigating through complex computer systems
  • Delivering information and answer questions in a positive manner to facilitate strong relationships with providers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
  • 1+ years of experience in a related environment is preferred
  • Prior health care experience is ideal
  • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure
