Job Summary

A marketing and business development firm focused exclusively on the field of reproductive health is in need of a Remote Healthcare Quality Assurance Trainer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Remotely monitoring, evaluating and scoring inbound calls against quality assurance instruments and standards
  • Reviewing, evaluating, and scoring open and closed customer issues tickets
  • Participating, as needed, in calibration sessions, employee communication sessions, and/or creation of communication tools

Required Skills:

  • A background as a Call Center / Healthcare Customer Service Quality Assurance Trainer
  • Love training and improving CSR’s?
  • Love working remotely?
  • Can systematize and train people on systems to achieve a business outcome
