A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Referral Coordinator 2.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Answering questions or contacts MTFs and/or civilian providers to obtain additional information
• Assigning appropriate ICD10 code to referral
• Following standard policies/practices

Qualifications Include:

• Our Department of Defense Contract requires U.S. citizenship for this position
• 2 - 3 years Customer Service skills
• 2 - 3 years administrative/data entry experience
• 2 - 3 years healthcare experience
• Expertise with MS Office products
• Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance
